In Santava, Messinian Mani, just 12 km from Kalamata and 20 km from the city's international airport. It is a 5-minute walk from the eponimous sandy beach of Santava and has a unique view on the Messinian Gulf and the sunset.
It is harmoniously integrated into the landscape of Mani, as its architecture is reminiscent of the typology of traditional Mani towers. The lean geometric lines, the spaciousness of the interior and the bright and functional structure on different levels make for a modern home that meets the current requirements.
THE VILLA
The tower, with its impressive panoramic living room-living room and interior balcony with desk and library, narrow stairs and verandas create a unique connection between the past and the present. Authentic paintings and unique collectible old furniture complete the whole picture, exuding simplicity and harmony.
The garden is spacious, with excellent architecture and a wide variety of flowers, plants and trees (such as olives, cypresses, figs and fruit trees)
The villa has 5 bedrooms (4 with double beds and a fifth with two singles), three living rooms (with sofas that can be made up into beds), 4 bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 5 terraces, air conditioning and heating in all areas (the fifth bedroom and the third living room with fans).
